Overview

This jungle oasis in the heart of North Guiones is perfect for your Nosara getaway. The main house is set back from the road, behind a separate building with 4 apartment units, which means plenty of space for family and friends to have their own private rooms, within a larger compund.

The Space

MAIN HOUSE

This modern tropical home has an outdoor area with a private pool where you'll relax and decompress after a surf sesh or yoga class. You can enjoy your meals in the outdoor dining area, just off the pool area. The inside consists of a well-equipped kitchen, with oven, stove, food processor, blender, toaster, kettle and other equipment, so you'll be able to cook as much as you’d like. There is also a living room, perfect to relax and nap. The first bedroom is also on the first floor with a patio and direct access to the pool area. It has a double bed and a twin bed and access to a bathroom with a shower right outside the bedroom. On the second floor, there is a loft area with two twin beds that could accommodate two additional guests—perfect for kids. The primary bedroom is also on the second floor and has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also space to park one car inside the private gate.

TWO ONE BEDROOM APARTMENTS (upstairs in the apartment building)

The 1BR apartments are a spacious home base for your Nosara getaway. The apartment is appointed with a full kitchen with refrigerator and cooktop, a living area with pull-out daybed, and a separate bedroom with a queen bed. The apartment has been planned for the high-tech, connected world traveler, and has free dedicated high-speed WiFi. The apartment has an open floor plan with multiple large closets, it is fully air-conditioned and has new glass showers and tile floors in the bathroom. The apartment includes an equipped kitchen with a range, refrigerator, stainless kitchen sink, coffee maker, eating area, and a programmable safe for your possessions. 

TWO STUDIO APARTMENTS

The studio apartments are the perfect home base for your Nosara getaway. The apartment is appointed with a full kitchen with a refrigerator and cooktop, a table and chairs and a queen bed. The apartment has been planned for the high-tech, connected world traveler, and has free dedicated high-speed WiFi. The apartment has an open floor plan with a large closet, it is fully air-conditioned and has a new glass shower and tile floors in the bathroom. The apartment includes an equipped kitchen with a range, refrigerator, stainless kitchen sink, coffee maker, eating area, and a programmable safe for your possessions.

In this prime location in North Guiones, you'll be less than 5 minutes walking distance to the beach, including the Iguana Beach Club. You’re also situated amid the best local shops, restaurants, juice bars and coffee shops that North Guiones has to offer. There is a grocery store with good variety just down the street and perfect waves just a few minutes walk from this amazing house.
